   - How many calendars you'd like to order

   - The postal code and country of your shipping address

   - The personalized caption you'd like printed on the calendar (we can also leave the caption area blank)

   - The expectant mom's due date

   - If you'd like the border to be pink or baby blue instead of yellow, the border color.

Please attach a sonogram or belly photo to your email.

We'll email you an invoice that you can pay online or by mailing us a check, and then we'll make and ship your calendar.
